Jiří Ševčík has died
It is with a heavy heart that we have received the news of the passing of our friend, collaborator, founding member and long-standing Chairman of the Board of tranzit.cz Jiří Ševčík.Jiří was a curator, art historian, critic and teacher. Together with his wife and lifelong collaborator Jana Ševčíková, he has been a major presence in Czech art history, who has influenced generations of artists, curators or critics. This man with an open mind and open heart will be greatly missed.
