Jens Hoffmann is the Director of Exhibitions at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London.He is an adjunct faculty member at the Curatorial Studies Program of Goldsmith College, University of London and the curator of the Foundation for New Art in Hamburg.

He has curated over two dozen exhibitions internationally since 1997 and written over 100 articles on contemporary art for exhibition publications and art journals. His most recent books include "The Next Documenta Should be Curated by An Artist", Revolver 2004 and "Perform" (co-authored with Joan Jonas), Thames & Hudson 2005.
