exhibition
Société Anonyme is an experimental situation inviting 10 guests (artists, collectives and artistic structures) operating in different cities of the world, to provisionally anchor in Le Plateau, Paris, in order to initiate researches and projects during a two-month exhibition. Their gathering is based on their sense of autonomy, their energy of activity and their alternative ways of doing. During two months, the exhibition will be an intense program of workshops, lectures and seminars, organised by the guests and the team of Société Anonyme, in constant collaboration with Paris-based artists and theoreticians.
A CDEFGHIJK MNOP STUV Z is 19 works of art and 19 words/categories which start with the letters of the alphabet. Each work of art has assigned one the letter. The letters and words/categories are changing their position during the exhibition.
Le Frac Ile-de-France is an initiative of the Conseil Régional dIle-de-France. Le Plateau is supported by the Ministere de la Culture et de la Communication-Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles dIle-de-France, and Mairie de Paris Le Plateau est membre des réseaux Tram et Platform.
