Co dělat, Chto Delat (What is to be done?) is a collective of artists, critics, philosophers and writers that was founded in 2003 in Saint Petersburg, whose aim is to harmonise political theory, art and activism. The collective’s activities include art projects, seminars, and public campaigns that can take the form of video films, theatre plays, radio programmes, posters and murals.
